Seasonal Plates and Cellar Selections

Recent selections feature a robust Chateaubriand meant for two, pan seared anglerfish, and a traditional whipped Kaiserschmarrn. A Schlemmer Atlas review highlighted these exact pairings alongside attentive service at the city center location. The kitchen matches each course with bottles from a private cellar holding over two hundred labels. Wines arrive primarily from German, Austrian, French, and Italian vineyards, giving diners clear pathways to balance acidity against the day’s protein choices.
