Inspired by the American supper clubs of the 1920s and 30s, The ASH Münster channels a retro social atmosphere defined by high ceilings and a prominent open kitchen. Guests encounter visible flames upon entry, establishing the grilling focus of this steakhouse. The interior occupies two levels for approximately 200 guests, anchored by an imposing bar, a dedicated wine room, and an expansive terrace running along Trauttmansdorffstraße. Situated south of the city center between the B54 and the Dortmund-Ems-Kanal, the venue serves as a social hub where communal dining takes center stage, extending into a structured weekend brunch.

Signature Cuts and Coastal Flavors

The menu highlights substantial steak cuts prepared in the open kitchen alongside burger classics and grilled mains. Seafood selections feature a salmon fillet and yellowfin tuna tataki, while surf and turf combinations bridge the gap between land and sea offerings. Vegetarian and vegan preferences appear through truffle pasta and burger patties crafted from plant-based ingredients. Adult guests pay 29.50 euros per person, which includes filter coffee, while children aged six to twelve pay 12.00 euros including a hot drink or juice.
