Located in the Jardin du Foirail in Rodez, this 500-square-metre space offers two distinct ways to dine: the casual "côté comptoir" and the more formal restaurant. Here, chef Christophe Chaillou leads a kitchen that draws on the region's identity while embracing contemporary influences.

The atmosphere is welcoming and open, with outdoor seating for warmer days and a private room for events. The space is air-conditioned and wheelchair accessible, designed for comfort. The restaurant is recognized by the Michelin guide, a testament to the quality maintained under the Bras name.

Japanese Accents on the Menu

A recent nod to the Hiroshi Sugimoto exhibition at the nearby Musée Soulages has brought subtle Japanese touches to the carte. Condiments like miso and a dashi kinoko jelly now accompany select dishes. This influence is woven into the modern cuisine approach, offering diners a taste of Japan without straying from the restaurant's roots.

The "côté comptoir" is a more informal option, inspired by the flavours of Aveyron, perfect for a quick bite without a reservation. For a full experience, the restaurant serves lunch and dinner, where guests can enjoy a multi-course meal that starts with local aperitifs like ratafia or gentiane, followed by thoughtfully prepared poultry, meat, or fish.
