The story
Valle Restaurant in Stuttgart marks twenty years of service, balancing time-honored recipes with contemporary ideas. The Schlemmer Atlas recognized the venue with one ladle, citing a lively atmosphere and a broad culinary range. The kitchen delivers robust Italian cooking, building dishes around premium components such as black truffle and aged Parmigiano.
The menu features spaghetti shaved directly from a Parmesan wheel, tossed with ribbons of black truffle. Ravioli stuffed with cacio e pepe arrive alongside crispy guanciale and chanterelles. Hearty mains include grilled beef medallions filled with Parmesan and black truffle, while the paccheri pasta offers octopus braised with onions and finished with cheese shavings.
The space includes a bar and a covered outdoor terrace, providing a warm environment for guests. The wine list highlights selected top wines from Italy to accompany the savory courses. Desserts are prepared in-house, featuring a traditional tiramisu and a house-made panna cotta. A pistachio semifreddo adds a creamy note to conclude the meal.
