The building traces its lineage to a nineteenth century post relay in rural Uccle before evolving into a celebrated billiard hall frequented by champion Raymond Ceulemans. Vincent de Raikem later shaped its modern identity by establishing a relaxed bistronomic pace. A complete renovation followed in 2025, preparing the space for a fresh chapter while preserving its village character.

The renewed kitchen team embraces a Belgian-French cooking style built around slow charcoal grilling and careful technique.
