Daily oyster service highlights fresh shellfish pulled from coastal waters, a commitment to local supply chains that recently secured a Two Rosette Award from the AA for culinary excellence. Historic interiors frame views of the channel beyond, where Mont Orgueil Castle rises above the shoreline. The owners designed the dining areas around Scandi hygge principles, favouring natural light and uncluttered layouts.
